The timing of my radio commercial I aim it to be 40 seconds to be broadcasted in that appropriate time.
Regulation issues
Script 1:
For the under 18's this sort of radio advert must not have inappropriate stuffs that would make this radio commercial badly presented to the the target audience. I also have to consider that this radio commercial must not encourage bullying as I have included students in this radio commercial.
Script 2:
For this radio commercial, I will have to take in mind that I have included a celebrity endorsement, so I will have to make sure it is the right celebrity endorsement for the sake of my target audiences.
Also I will also have to make sure it is appropriate and it does not mislead to trouble.
Script 1
The setting of this radio advert, will be around college so, there is likely to be noises of students talking whilst the radio commercial is being presented.
Person 2: Yes I know, but I don't know what IPhone to get.
Person 1: The IPhone 8 Infinity is available at Carphone Warehouse one of the best IPhones out at the current moment with the best features.
(SFX) Sound effect appears as soon as the Person 1 brings up the idea of the IPhone 8 Infinity. The sound effect appears as a sting noise.
Person 2: Oh really what kind of features does the IPhone 8 Infinity possess?
Person 1: The IPhone 8 Infinity has very good features such as: amazing camera quality, apps are in very high state to use, the screen for the phone is protected extremely well and also when you zoom in to take a picture or video the pixels are very clear, therefore making it realistic.
(SFX) The sting noise appears again after Person 1 mentions the features about the IPhone 8 Infinity.
Person 2: Oh wow! Really I didn't know the IPhone 8 Infinity has all these features I must take that phone for consideration seriously, I must get that precious looking IPhone before it's too late!
Person 1: Yeah definitely man! You don't want to be stuck on that IPhone 5c forever don't you? You must start a new way of thinking immediately mate.
VO: IPhone 8 Infinity slowly approaching to be the number 1 mobile phone in the world. A new star is on the way!
Script 2

Celebrity endorsement is used when David Beckham is holding the new product using the map app to find his way around Central London. Then he speaks to Siri, via the map app to find his way around.
David Beckham: Siri, how do I get to the London Eye from Buckingham Palace?
Siri: Walk straight until you see the traffic lights and then turn left to Aberdeen Road and straight a bit and then turn right and carry on walking............

Regulation issues
I will have to be aware that my radio commercial must condone, encourage or unreasonably feature behaviour that could be dangerous for teenagers to emulate. For instance, when there is a SFX noise at the beginning of the of the radio commercial showing that there is students around the college chatting away and making noises. So therefore I would have to think the use of words that will be coming out the student's mouth. Also, the style of this advert is conversational between two students talking to each other about the IPhone 8 Infinity. So I must consider that is radio commercial must not encourage peer pressure to an extent. For example an area peer pressure in this radio commercial could come into play is when Person 1 mentions: You are still using an IPhone 5c in 2017? You need to upgrade to a better IPhone than that one as soon as possible! Then although Person 2 mentions: Yes I know, but I don't know what IPhone to get. This could demonstrate that sort of conversation could lead to peer pressure so that is why I will have to take that in mind as part of the regulation issues.
